How to Matcha

1. Sift or scoop 1 gram of matcha into a bowl or cup.

2. Add a splash of 80°C water and whisk into a creamy paste.

3. Add the rest of the water (60–80 ml) or milk and whisk until smooth and frothy.

4. Sip and enjoy the calm, clean energy.

Turn it into an Iced Latte
1. Prepare your matcha as above, using 1–1.5 grams for a stronger flavor.
2. Fill a glass with ice and 150–200 ml of cold milk (we love oat milk).
3. Pour the whisked matcha over the milk.
4. Stir gently, watch it swirl, take a sip, feel the good vibes.

How do I store matcha?

Keep it sealed, cool and dry. Once opened, store in the fridge to keep its vibrant color, aroma and nutrients fresh.

What is matcha & why is it good for me?

Matcha is pure green energy in a cup. It’s a finely ground powder made from hand-picked tea leaves grown in the shade for extra sweetness. Unlike regular tea, you drink the whole leaf which means all the good stuff ends up in your system.

Every gram of our ceremonial matcha delivers around 20 to 45 mg of natural caffeine for a smooth, steady lift, 20 to 40 mg of L-theanine for calm focus, powerful antioxidants (EGCG) that support cell health and immune function, plus vitamins A, C, E, K and essential minerals that love your skin, heart and metabolism. Origin is our go-to blend and the easiest place to start. Smooth, balanced and creamy, it fits naturally into your daily rhythm — whether it’s your morning or a moment in between.

Elevate has a deeper, more refined flavour and is best enjoyed pure. It’s made for those who want a more focused, traditional matcha experience.

Vanilla is soft, slightly sweet and very easy to drink. A great choice if you prefer a smoother taste, or want to enjoy matcha without adding anything extra.

How do I make it?

One scoop (about 1-3 grams) with water at 80°C. Start with a splash of water and whisk until creamy. Add the rest of the water and whisk until you see those dreamy bubbles. Done.

Oat milk? Go for it. Ice? Absolutely. Good music in the background? Highly recommended.

When should I drink it?

Anytime you want steady, balanced energy.
