1. Sift or scoop 1 gram of matcha into a bowl or cup.
2. Add a splash of 80°C water and whisk into a creamy paste.
3. Add the rest of the water (60–80 ml) or milk and whisk until smooth and frothy.
4. Sip and enjoy the calm, clean energy.
Turn it into an Iced Latte
1. Prepare your matcha as above, using 1–1.5 grams for a stronger flavor.
2. Fill a glass with ice and 150–200 ml of cold milk (we love oat milk).
3. Pour the whisked matcha over the milk.
4. Stir gently, watch it swirl, take a sip, feel the good vibes.
